CTAP: Cooperative Teacher Applicant Pool
Welcome to CTAP! This is the data gathering program
shared by multiple school districts in Northern Colorado for Teacher Applicants. CTAP is managed by Centennial BOCES which is a
regional service agency for 15 school districts… think of BOCES as a shared
department of each member district. Your application involves a three
step process:

Complete the online forms following this welcome page. You will be able to save your work as you enter data. Once your data is submitted, it is
designated as “unverified” and is available for review by the various
district Human Resource departments. |

To verify your application you must submit the required paperwork within two
months of applying. School District Human Resources greatly prefer applications
that have their documents sent into the CTAP Office at Centennial BOCES and in most cases will not
invite applicants for interviews until their materials have been received. It is, therefore, in your
best interest to submit all requested paperwork as quickly as possible.
Be sure to come back and update your information within six months if you
are still available. In particular, updating your date of
availability will greatly enhance search results for your application,
making you easier to find. If you do not maintain
your application, it will be sorted as lower
priority and IS eventually purged. |

Visit the various district Human Resource web sites and follow their
instructions for the process of expressing interest in posted
positions. They will require that your application be on file at
CTAP, but you must follow their processes for expressing interest (usually
just a letter of interest) in any positions available. |
Please understand that CTAP is a data processing service and
our staff are unable to answer your questions about
position availability, district-specific processes or provide any career
counseling. Our staff will gladly answer any questions you may have
concerning completing your application into the Cooperative Teacher Applicant
